2 cups broccoli, rinsed, chopped, and cooked
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup cheese (cheddar, Colby-Jack, or Parmesan )
Steps

- Shape the mixture into patties 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, then add the patties and cook until both sides are crispy.
